Get Involved

Our first General Meeting of the Spring semester on Wednesday, January 29th from 7-8 PM to learn how to become a member!

Texas Pre-Dental Society (TPS) is proud to be the first and largest pre-dental organization at The University of Texas at Austin. As a professional organization, our mission is to support the academic, professional, and personal growth of undergraduate students who are pursuing careers in dentistry. TPS strives to equip our members with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and get into the dental school of their dreams. From hosting events with dental school deans, admissions committee members, and established dentists to organizing volunteering events, we aim to provide invaluable insights into what it takes to become a competitive dental school applicant.

Membership with TPS comes with a variety of benefits, including access to academic resources, shadowing opportunities, leadership opportunities, awards, community service initiatives, and social events. Our goal is to ensure that each member not only excels academically but also builds lasting connections within our community.

While we are committed to helping you achieve your professional aspirations, we also believe in creating a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Balancing the demands of being a pre-dental student can be challenging, but in TPS, you’ll find a community that is here to support you every step of the way.

Hook ’em!
